Every Lividexx instrument is handmade in Norway and shipped directly from our workshop. Below you'll find rates, delivery estimates, and customs information for your region.

Handmade to order
Each unit is assembled and tested by hand at our workshop in Norway. In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. If demand is high and your order requires production time, we will notify you by email with an updated dispatch estimate.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after dispatch.
Packaging
Orders are packed securely to withstand international transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
My tracking shows no movement — what do I do?
International shipments can occasionally be held at customs for several days. Wait 5 business days before contacting us; we will investigate with the carrier.
My order never arrived. What happens?
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship or issue a full refund. Please allow the maximum delivery window to pass before raising a claim.
Lividexx Instruments is a Norwegian company registered for VAT (org. nr. 933 226 077 MVA). Norwegian customers pay 25% MVA, which is already included in the displayed price at checkout.
For customers outside Norway, product prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Depending on your country's import regulations, your local customs authority may assess import VAT, duties, or handling fees when the parcel arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or estimated by us.
EU customers: under the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) threshold rules, low-value shipments below €150 may be subject to import VAT at the point of sale by the seller. We do not currently participate in IOSS, so customs handling at the EU border may apply.
If you are unsure of the import rules for your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.
Import duties and local taxes are beyond our control and not included in the prices shown. Refusing a shipment at customs does not entitle the buyer to a refund of shipping costs.
14-day return window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
